Defective items, or items that are not as described in the listing, must be returned within 7 days of your receipt for exchange or full refund (unless sold "as-is"). After 7 days, defective items must be resolved under the manufacturer's warranty.

Unopened and unused items*, that are in their original sealed packaging, may be returned within 30 days of your receipt for refund or store credit (less S&H). For items purchased during November-December*, the return period for defective and unused items is extended to the following January 7th and 31st, respectively.

Returns must include the original packaging and documentation (if any). *Books, DVDs, and items modified in ANY way, may not be returned. Kindly contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
