Payment:
We gladly accept PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay by personal check through PayPal eCheck, or send us a cashier's check or money order as long as it is in US funds and drawn on a US bank.
Shipping:
Worldwide insured shipping. In stock items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment (unless otherwise noted in listing). Special orders ship within 1 business day of receipt of special order item(s). We sell via the internet only, and cannot accommodate pick-ups.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Parcel Post: 7-12 business days
International First Class: 7-21+ business days* (no tracking)
International Priority Mail: 6-10+ business days*
International Shipments:
*First Class International shipments may take up to 21 days to arrive - and all international shipments may
be further delayed in Customs in your country.
International buyers are responsible for custom duties, fees and/or taxes at full value. Shipments are valued at the price you paid on all customs forms (no exceptions - please don't ask).
Sales Tax:
6.00% for PA residents.
Returns:
Defective items, or items not as described in the listing, must be returned within 14 days of your receipt for exchange or full refund (unless sold "as-is"). Unopened and unused items, that are in their original sealed packaging, may be returned within 30 days of your receipt for refund or store credit (less S&H). For items purchased during November-December, the return period for both defective and unused items is extended to the following January 31st.
Returns must include the original packaging and documentation (if any). Books, and items modified in ANY way, may not be returned. Kindly contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
