Payment:
We gladly accept PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay by personal check through PayPal eCheck, or send us a cashier's check or money order as long as it is in US funds and drawn on a US bank.

Shipping:
Worldwide shipping via US Postal Service. In stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment (unless otherwise noted in listing). Special orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of special order item(s). We sell via the internet only, and cannot accommodate pick-ups.

International Shipments:
*First Class International shipments may take up to 21 days to arrive - and all international shipments may be further delayed in Customs in your country.

International buyers are responsible for custom duties, fees and/or taxes at full value. Shipments are valued at the price you paid on all customs forms (no exceptions - please don't ask).

Returns:
Defective items, or items that are not as described in the listing, must be returned within 7 days of your receipt for exchange or full refund (unless sold "as-is"). Unopened and unused items*, that are in their original sealed packaging, may be returned within 30 days of your receipt for refund or store credit (less S&H). For items purchased during November-December*, the return period for defective and unused items is extended to the following January 7th and 31st, respectively.

Returns must include the original packaging and documentation (if any). *Books, DVDs, and items modified in ANY way, may not be returned. Kindly contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
